Calling all scribes and good organisers…

An opportunity has arisen to be part of the Sandringham Enterprise board.

The Charitable Company requires the support of a volunteer who is good with records, systems and an interest in the governance of a charity to act in the role of Honorary Company Secretary.

If you would like to be a part of the team please get in touch

with our Chair, Colin Mason using our one click message page here for an informal chat...

The role of Hon. Secretary is an interesting and varied one. We are a Charitable Company formed specifically to manage community projects in Marham, as well as provide services, support and training to our local voluntary groups.

In the future the development of social enterprise and employment opportunities in our community will continue to play an ever important part in our company social mission.

The Hon. Secretary role encompasses both support to our main board, important as we undertake the major physical development of our community building, but also to provide research and input into training and development for the board as a whole.

The role also means getting to grips with our statutory obligations as a company and charity, as well as making sure our records are efficiently maintained and archived.

We also have a variety of upcoming marketing initiatives, a facebook page and events that we will need to manage and facilitate with the help of this post holder.

We are, as a group of volunteers, using our expertise to develop some unique opportunities for everyone in our Marham setting - as well as already having a lot of enthusiasm, energy and professional expertise on board already.

Why not come and join us?

You can contact Rita Broomfield or our Chair, Colin Mason, for an informal chat using the contact information above.
